Club Village (Low Rise Condominiums)

These
5 story low rise residential condominiums located in the Salt
Lake residential area of Oahu. This project was the first
project of its kind to have an on-site pre-cast plant which
produced complete modular condominium units. These units consisted
of integrated pre-cast concrete floors, walls and columns.
Upon completion, these units were hoisted into place on top
and adjacent to each other, then structurally welded and grouted
into position. These low rise structures are built on top
of resident parking at ground level. Units in this structure
surround a central courtyard recreation area at the 2nd level
which also acts as the cover for parking below. |
