	One Waterfront Towers Developer: Stark Companies International Architects: Architects Hawaii A twin tower luxury residential condominium project, featuring 45 stories of unobstructed ocean and mountain views. Parking and retail commercial spaces are integrated from a basement thru 5 levels with a recreation deck at the top level. These towers feature a glass curtained post-tensioned concrete construction to form an elegant statuesque rise into the Honolulu skyline. Standing out as one of Honolulu ’s landmark buildings, its adjoining Retail and Office complex ( Waterfront Plaza / Restaurant Row) draws professionals and shoppers alike to its theaters, shops and restaurants.

	Country Club Village (High Rise Condominiums) Developer: Schuler Homes Hawaii Architects: CDS International These 20+ story high rise residential condominiums are located in the Salt Lake residential area of Oahu. This project was the first project of its kind to have an on-site pre-cast plant which produced complete modular condominium units. These units consisted of integrated pre-cast concrete floors, walls and columns. Upon completion, these units were hoisted into place on top and adjacent to each other, then structurally welded and grouted into position.
